mills ruins park is the perfect location for someone looking for both urban and natural backdrops! architectural ruins, grassy hills, historical buildings, the stonearch bridge, just to name a few!

walker art center sculpture garden

minneapolis


a great spot in the city for your local art lovers! unique bridges, sculptures, and natural elements, this location brings structure and nature together beautifully!

lake harriet & lyndale gardens

southwest minneapolis


close to edina, this is a popular spot for lake and floral lovers alike! beautiful rose gardens, old wood fences, stone fountains, and of course, lake harriet! this is basically two locations in one! just prepare for a little walking--heels are not advised!

this park is settled on a beautiful secluded creek, has adorable bridges, fields of tall brush, and willow trees!

this is a popular spot for families especially due to the playground on site, a perfect reward for your kiddos getting through a photo shoot!

moir park

bloomington


this park is expansive, lying on a creek, with adorable bridges, paths, and fields of tall brush! if you're lucky, you may get some deer in the background of your photographs! and don't be afraid to step into the water!

woodlake nature center

richfield


currently under renovations, but still available for photoshoots! lying on wood lake, you get beautiful views of cattails, bridges, canopies of trees, and logs to sit on!

prairie bluff conservation area

eden prairie


the perfect spot for a grassy field lover! beautiful in the summer and fall alike. this spot has amazing views of eden prairie. a good amount of walking to get to all the good spots.

 

SOUTHERN MINNESOTA

this spot is perfect for nature lovers of the south metro! 28 miles south of minneapolis, you'll find fields of flowers, lakes, paved and dirt paths, wood fences, and tall grass galore!
